WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is located inside the Amazing Brentwood, located at 4567 Lougheed Hw, Burnaby, BC, Canada.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is open Monday through Wednesday and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm and Thursday through Saturday 10 am to 9 pm.

The final entry to the exhibit is one hour before closing time. These hours are subject to change on holidays.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GO THROUGH AVENGERS S.T.A.T.I.O.N.?

The exhibit is self-guided so it varies, however on average, guests spend 60-90 minutes at the exhibit. Please arrive well in advance of your scheduled entry time.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

You will need your ticket or email booking confirmation and a camera! We recommend wearing shoes that you are comfortable walking in. No outside food or drink is permitted.

CAN I LEAVE AVENGERS S.T.A.T.I.O.N. AND COME BACK LATER?

No, once you leave the exhibit, re-entry is not permitted.

DO I GET TO MEET THE SUPER HEROES IN PERSON?

No, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. does not include any live characters.

WHAT IF I AM LATE OR EARLY FOR THE TIME I PURCHASED?

We want to make sure everyone has an amazing experience, so please arrive on time to guarantee entry. We understand that things happen, and if you arrive late or early, you will need to wait until capacity permits your entry.

IS AVENGERS S.T.A.T.I.O.N. SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN?

Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is suitable for all ages. However, the exhibit includes loud noises and flashing lights. If your child is sensitive to these things, it may not be suitable for them. Please note, everyone aged 15 or younger at the time of attending the exhibit must be accompanied by an adult.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN ONE ADULT CAN BRING?

For safety reasons, and to ensure our guests get the most out of their visit, we recommend that one adult is responsible for no more than six children.

ARE STROLLERS ALLOWED INSIDE AVENGERS S.T.A.T.I.O.N.?

Yes, strollers are allowed in the exhibit. However, there will be no facilities for storing and parking strollers or leaving them unattended.

CAN I BRING MY BABY, AND DO THEY NEED A TICKET?

Yes, children under the age of 3 are free to enter the exhibit and do not require a ticket.

CAN I BRING BAGS INTO THE EXHIBIT?

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibit, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection. Backpacks and duffel bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, the venue and exhibit are wheelchair accessible.

IS THERE SOMEWHERE FOR ME TO STORE MY THINGS WHILE I’M IN THE EXHIBIT?

There are no storage facilities, such as coat check, for guests.

CAN I BRING A CAMERA AND TAKE PICTURES?

Absolutely! We encourage you to take pictures and share them on social media. Please tag @avengersstationcanada on Facebook and Instagram and hashtag #avengersstationcanada when you do. There are some limitations, however: flash photography and tripods are not permitted and pre-approval is required for any professional photography or recording. ARE YOU COMING TO ANY OTHER CITIES? CAN I SUGGEST ONE?

TICKETING

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Ticket prices vary based on time and ticket type. We have a variety of ticket types:

  • Timed Entry: Basic Timed Entry (Age 16+), Child Timed Entry (ages 3-15) and Student/Senior pricing is available. Guests with timed entry tickets should arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time as indicated on your ticket. We cannot guarantee entry for guests who arrive late.
  • Premium Flex: Flexibility to arrive up to 2 hours before or after the start time as indicated on your ticket, subject to exhibit opening hours.
  • VIP Experience: Flexibility to arrive up to two hours before or after the start time as indicated on your ticket (subject to exhibit opening hours), Fast Track entry, exclusive Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. VIP merch (personalized VIP laminate, lanyard and exclusive Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. poster). Please see the Tickets page for pricing and more details.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNTS?

ARE THERE GROUP RATES?

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets can be purchased right here on our website. Just visit the Tickets Page.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

Yes, you can buy tickets at the door, however, walk-up sales are subject to availability and many times sell out. We recommend that you purchase your tickets for your preferred time slot in advance. Visit the Tickets Page to reserve your time to visit.

DO I NEED TO RESERVE A DATE AND TIME?

Yes, this event is timed entry. You will need to select a specific date and time to attend the exhibit.

THE DATE I WANT TO VISIT DOES NOT HAVE ANY AVAILABILITY. DO YOU HOLD BACK TICKETS OR CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS ON THE DAY?

We do not hold back additional tickets for sale over the phone or on the day. For available dates and time slots, please see the Tickets Page.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

No, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is completely cashless and we will only accept Visa, debit, and credit cards at points of purchase.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT DO I DO?

Our exhibits use ShowClix as our ticket provider and an account was created for you upon purchasing tickets. Your username is the email address you entered when processing your order. If you do not remember your password or do not recall setting one up, please click “forgot your password” to reset it! Mobile tickets will be sent out 24 hours before show time.

I FORGOT TO PRINT OUT MY TICKETS. CAN I STILL GET IN?

Yes, we can scan the barcode from your phone.

CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT OR DAY?

To change the date or time of your tickets, you will need to sign in to your ShowClix account → My Tickets | ShowClix.

Our exhibits use ShowClix as our ticket provider and an account was created for you upon purchasing tickets. Your username is the email address you entered when processing your order. If you do not remember your password or do not recall setting one up, please click “forgot your password” to reset it!

Upon logging into your ShowClix account, please visit the tab “Order History” and click on the QR code of your order. Upon that page, you will find the exchange button located and the bottom right of the page.

Once you have located the EXCHANGE button, please proceed using the Self-Service Exchanges: Step-by-Step.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All tickets are non-refundable as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to by successfully purchasing tickets.

IF I MISS MY ENTRY TIME OR AM RUNNING LATE, CAN I STILL GET IN?

At this time, we cannot guarantee entry other than at your ticketed entry time. If you arrive earlier or later than your time slot and we are at capacity, you may have to wait until the next available entry time for you and your party to enter. If we are unable to accommodate you, no refunds will be given.

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

CAN I COME IN COSTUME?

We do allow guests to come in costume! However, if you are an adult coming in costume, we reserve the right to enhanced checks upon entry for safety purposes. We also ask that all costume masks are removable.

CAN I BRING IN FOOD OR BEVERAGES?

No, food or beverages are not permitted inside the exhibit.

IS THERE A MINIMUM HEIGHT RESTRICTION?

No, there are no minimum height restrictions for the exhibit.

ARE THERE PLACES TO SIT?

There are no seating opportunities throughout the exhibit.

ACCESIBILITY

IS AVENGERS S.T.A.T.I.O.N. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. are wheelchair accessible.

ARE SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED?

Yes, we allow service animals such as guide dogs. No pets are permitted.

ARE THERE FLASHING LIGHTS OR LOUD SOUNDS?

Yes, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. contains elements with both loud sounds and flashing lights.

IS AVENGERS S.T.A.T.I.O.N. SUITABLE FOR THE DEAF/HARD OF HEARING?

Yes, although we do not provide interpreters. The majority of Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is visual and explained in text.

ARE THERE PLACES TO SIT?

There are no seating opportunities throughout the exhibit.

RETAIL

IS THE RETAIL STORE FREE TO ENTER?

Yes, the retail store is open to the public for free. You do not need an Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. ticket to come to the retail store.

DOES THE STORE TAKE CASH OR CARDS?

The Retail Store and Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. are both completely cashless. Only cards or tap are accepted.

CAN I PURCHASE EXHIBIT TICKETS FROM THE RETAIL STORE?

Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. tickets are available for purchase from the onsite Box Office. However, walk up sales are subject to availability and many times sell out. We recommend that you purchase your tickets for your preferred time slot in advance, either online or at the onsite Box Office.

CAN I VISIT THE RETAIL STORE BEFORE I VISIT THE EXHIBIT?

Yes, you may visit the Retail Store before your entry to the exhibit, however, we recommend visiting the Retail Store after your walkthrough.
